So you've finally decided to replace your windows, here's how to make that happen:

PLAN

• Call or email our office to make an appointment for one of our trained and knowledgeable sales team to give you an estimate for your home. We primarily do whole house window replacement. Smaller jobs may be best quoted over email or text. 
• During the estimate, our team members will take all necessary measurements, find out your goals for the project and provide you with the best solutions for your home. They're happy to take as much or as little of your time as needed to help you make your decision. There is NO PRESSURE and we don't expect you to make decisions like these on the spot.
• Once we have all the information needed, we'll e-mail or text you a quote for the project usually within 48 hours.
  

• When we have a confirmed delivery date, a team member will contact you to set up an installation date. Most residential jobs take 1-2 days, but can vary depending on the scale of the project. We will not require you to vacate and in most cases will ensure overnight lockup so your security is guaranteed.
• The day of your installation, our installers will walk you through their plan and discuss any questions you may have. Our crew will install your new windows with courtesy, skill, and professionalism. When completed and cleaned up, they will walk you through the functions of your windows and give you an opportunity to inspect the work done.
